DALLAS, August 2, 2024: Morgan Lewis advised DuraServ Corp., a provider of commercial and industrial overhead door and loading dock equipment maintenance, repair, and install services, in an agreement through which affiliates of Leonard Green & Partners L.P. (LGP) acquired a majority stake in the company.
Headquartered in Carrollton, Texas, DuraServ serves more than 6,000 local and national customers across varying industries such as retail, food and beverage, manufacturing, and transportation and logistics, among others, from 35 branches. LGP is a private equity investment firm based in Los Angeles with approximately $70 billion of assets under management.
