DUBAI May 2, 2024: Morgan Lewis is advising US-based construction and engineering company Bechtel Corporation in its collaboration with Unger Steel to form a joint venture in the United Arab Emirates. The partnership includes steel fabrication facility in the Hamriyah Free Trade Zone of Sharjah, UAE, which will supply fabricated steel to Bechtel projects worldwide.
