WASHINGTON, DC, September 16, 2021: Morgan Lewis is advising IQ Fiber LLC, a new residential fiber-optic internet provider, in its sale of a majority interest to SDC Capital Partners, a global digital infrastructure investment firm. The transaction, announced September 15, will provide IQ Fiber with significant equity funding to complete the first phase of its all-fiber network build, passing more than 60,000 homes in the Jacksonville, Florida, area.
