Morgan Lewis Deepens Global Technology Transactions Capabilities with Marina Aronchik

CHICAGO, November 4, 2024: Morgan Lewis has expanded the firm’s leading technology, outsourcing, and commercial contracts practice with the arrival of partner Marina Aronchik in Chicago. Marina, who joins from Mayer Brown, advises multinational companies on critical technology and sourcing agreements.

Her experience includes global information technology, business process, and facilities management outsourcing, software development and licensing, enterprise resource planning, robotic automation, and AI deals. She has also advised clients on digital transformations, data sharing agreements, and other bespoke arrangements as part of companies’ ever more complex needs for digital services.
