Marina Aronchik advises companies on data, digital services, outsourcing, and software transactions and sourcing agreements, with a particular emphasis on structuring and negotiating agreements with digital services providers, including software-as-a-service (SaaS), infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), and other “as a service” deals. She also advises clients on digital transformations, data sharing agreements, and other bespoke arrangements. In the information technology (IT) space, Marina’s experience includes global IT, business process and facilities management outsourcing, software development and licensing, enterprise resource planning (ERP), robotic automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) transactions. Marina speaks Russian and English.
Marina has particular experience advising companies in the chemical industry on complex technology and service agreements, including supply chain arrangements, site services agreements, and operating services agreements. Prior to her private practice, Marina worked at the headquarters of one of the world’s largest chemical companies where she drafted and negotiated a wide range of commercial agreements.
