Tax partner Celia Roady will serve as program chair for Georgetown Law’s 42nd Annual Representing and Managing Tax-Exempt Organizations Conference (the TEO Conference).

Registration is filling up fast, so don’t delay if you want to attend in person!
The panels will cover critical topics within the nonprofit sector, including what exempt organizations need to know about artificial intelligence, how to manage and prevent charitable diversions, strategic use of 501(c)(3) organizations, differentiating grants and contracts, best practices for structuring board committees, what charities need to know about enterprise risk management, navigating the creation and use of supporting organizations, the challenge of fiscal sponsorships and intermediaries, demystifying the IRS exemption process, and so much more!
This year’s conference will be preceded by the Private Foundation Summit.
