Patent Marking

The third edition of Better Safe than Sorry 2024 will focus on "Patent Marking," discussing the legal advantages and disadvantages of Virtual Patent Marking (35 USC § 287(a)) introduced by the America Invents Act (AIA). In addition, we will discuss  patent litigation strategies involving Patent Marking, based on actual practice examples.
