Morgan Lewis Bolsters Employment Team with Partner Jill Vorobiev in Chicago

CHICAGO, March 6, 2025: Further enhancing its leading labor and employment litigation practice, Morgan Lewis today welcomes partner Jill Vorobiev in Chicago. Jill arrives from Reed Smith and will continue to represent employers in complex litigation matters, including employment discrimination lawsuits, whistleblower cases, trade secret and noncompete matters, and disputes and other matters arising under ERISA, the ADA, and the FMLA.

Jill represents corporate clients in a variety of complex litigation matters in federal, state, and appellate courts and before arbitrators and administrative review judges. She advises on significant labor and employment matters, handles sensitive high-level executive matters and investigations, and regularly negotiates executive severance agreements. Jill additionally trains and counsels employers on federal and state employment laws and compliance matters and reviews policies and high-level employment agreements.
