Partner Ken Nunnenkamp commented on a letter sent by the Committee of Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) to security directors outlining its expectations on topics related to communication, availability, and behavior.
“We have seen letters similar to this directed at mitigation parties and applicable to their particular circumstances, whether the security director or the security officer,” he told FIW. Ken also noted that he expects to see more as CFIUS “continues its efforts to increase awareness of essential requirements and address concerns with mitigation compliance.”
