Lorraine M. Casto

Lorraine’s experience includes digital forensic analysis and working with digital forensic professionals to address these issues in various cases, including trade secret litigation. Lorraine also handles a broad spectrum of discovery disputes, motion practice related to discovery, taking and defending percipient and expert witness depositions on discovery issues, and presenting percipient and expert testimony in court related to eDiscovery and digital forensics.

Lorraine serves on the Pro Bono Committee at the firm’s Silicon Valley office, where she is responsible for facilitating various pro bono projects, including negotiating and litigating landlord-tenant disputes, and handling disability rights cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Lorraine clerked for Judge Patricia V. Trumbull in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.

Prior to attending law school, Lorraine worked as an IP paralegal in a multinational law firm and in the IP law department of a large multinational corporation.
