Recent transactions he has been involved with include venture capital and angel financings, public offerings such as IPOs, registered direct offerings, PIPE offerings, debt offerings, mergers of public and private companies, tender offers, acquisitions of foreign companies, licensing and distribution arrangements, joint ventures, international financings, negotiation of executive employment agreements representing special committees of boards, and corporate governance counseling.

He also advises various clients in their pursuit of purchasing sports franchises in the National Football League, Major League Baseball, National Basketball Association, National Hockey League, Major League Soccer, Arena Football and Minor League Baseball.
