Nicholas (Cole) Pfeiffer focuses his practice on antitrust and complex commercial litigation matters, as well as investigations involving claims brought under the Sherman Act. He has represented Fortune 500 clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, healthcare, and food and beverage. Cole has experience representing clients, as both plaintiffs and defendants, through all phases of litigation, from pretrial strategy assessment to trial and appeals. Cole has served on trial teams representing clients in both United States federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration and before regulatory bodies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Cole worked as a legal extern at the US Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. While in law school, Cole served as an executive editor of the American Criminal Law Journal and worked on matters with Georgetown’s Criminal Justice Clinic, during which he first-chaired a misdemeanor trial before the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
