Alexa R. Beining represents and advises employers in all areas of labor and employment law. Alexa defends employers against harassment, discrimination, and retaliation litigation, wage and hour disputes, and noncompete and trade secrets litigation. She also has experience investigating workplace misconduct, including allegations of sexual harassment, and advising employers on appropriate responses to various employment issues.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Alexa was an associate at an international labor and employment law firm.

During law school, Alexa dedicated time to representing wrongfully convicted individuals. She served as an extern for Notre Dame Law School’s Wrongful Conviction Externship, a student attorney in Notre Dame Law School’s Exoneration Justice Clinic, and president of the Notre Dame Exoneration Project. Alexa also served as a judicial intern to Judge Cathy Bissoon of the US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
