Mike Pierides, Steven Lightstone, William Yonge, and James Mulligan co-authored a Funds Europe article discussing the approaching deadline for EU financial entities to comply with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
The authors write: “DORA’s key objective is to strengthen financial entities’ operational resilience by ensuring prudent risk management of their information technology and communication services, including their cloud, software-as-a-service, digital data, and IT infrastructure arrangements.”
