WASHINGTON, June 28, 2024: Morgan Lewis partner Michael Kenneally has been named to Lawdragon’s 2024 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation guide, an honor that recognizes lawyers who are shaping, and are expected to continue shaping, the future of law.
Michael is an appellate lawyer who has argued in all 13 federal circuit courts, numerous federal district and state appellate courts, and the US Supreme Court. He handles complex civil disputes, including securities, antitrust, and employment class actions, with notable familiarity with ERISA and the Federal Arbitration Act. He frequently litigates arbitration agreements and federal agency rulings, representing Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and others in high-stakes appeals and critical motions.
This is the second consecutive year that Michael has earned this honor. In early 2024, Michael was also recognized by The Legal 500 US for the fourth consecutive year in the category Dispute Resolution: Appellate: courts of appeals/Appellate: supreme courts (states and federal).
