Partner Merryn Craske was quoted in a GlobalCapital article that reported on the Financial Conduct Authority’s and Prudential Regulation Authority’s new UK securitization rules, which take effect November 1.
“[The new rules are] close to [those of] the EU regime and the current UK regime, with some improvements,” said Merryn. “They haven’t done everything that was requested, but they’ve taken a practical approach of preserving the majority of the existing requirements for the time being.”
