Partner Grigory Marinichev spoke to Frankfurter Allgemeine about the recent Russian law on mandatory delisting of Russian companies from foreign exchanges. He said, “[T]he law determines who among the investors is entitled to receive the Russian shares. The deadline for registration was April 27th. Even if the conversion of the ADR into shares occurs later, the key date determines who the owner is.”
