BOSTON, June 18, 2020: Morgan Lewis represented Agero Inc. in its acquisition of the Road America Motor Club roadside-assistance and accident-support businesses of MAPFRE Asistencia, a subsidiary of MAPFRE Insurance.
Agero is a motor club in the United States providing a variety of driving solutions, including roadside assistance, accident management, consumer affairs, telematics, and repossession-related services. Agero protects more than 115 million vehicles, and responds to approximately 12 million service events annually, for clients including leading automobile manufacturers, insurance carriers, and others.
