University of Texas Law – 31st Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference

Labor and employment partners Robert Sheeder and John Ring will be speaking at the University of Texas Law’s 31st Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference held in Austin.

Bob will be participating in the panel Major Developments Under the NLRA Amid the Resurgence of Organized Labor, which will provide a detailed review of the most recent changes made by the National Labor Relations Board impacting unionized and nonunionized workers and employers.

John will be participating in the panel NLRB: An Inside the Beltway Perspective on the New Direction of Federal Labor Policy, which will discuss how the National Labor Relations Board majority is pushing beyond traditional boundaries in its effort to transform federal labor policy affecting both union and nonunion workplaces.
