Vito Petretti focuses his practice on technology, digital transformation, and outsourcing matters. Vito assists clients in drafting and negotiating domestic and international outsourcing service agreements for a variety of business processes, such as information technology, finance and accounting, human resources, facility, and procurement. In the information technology space, Vito drafts and negotiates agreements for a variety of as-a-service (XaaS) offerings, software licensing, data licensing and subscriptions, the implementation and use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, website hosting and development, and other technology-related agreements, including system implementation, joint venture, and strategic alliance agreements.
In addition to outsourcing and technology matters, Vito supports clients in matters related to sourcing and supply chain operations. He assists with the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial transactions: supply and distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements, consulting and service agreements, marketing and advertising agreements, transportation and warehousing agreements, and a variety of other procurement-related agreements.
