Oliver Gregory advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. He has assisted national and multinational clients with investigations, grievance and disciplinary processes, settlement negotiations, Employment Tribunal proceedings, High Court litigation, the employment law aspects of corporate transactions and the employment implications of financial services regulation. Oliver's advice and approach are informed by experience in both private practice and in-house roles, including operational service as a commissioned officer in the British Army’s legal services branch. He retains an interest in international humanitarian law.
