Natalie M. Georges is an experienced commercial litigator with a particular focus on class action matters and complex business disputes involving alleged contractual breaches, business and consumer fraud, unfair trade practices, and other claims of corporate wrongdoing. Natalie defends clients against consumer class actions related to federal and state consumer protection statutes, false advertising, product liability, and warranty claims in state and federal courts across the United States. Her clients include leading companies in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, technology, telecommunications, investment/financial services, and manufacturing industries.
Natalie draws on her experience managing a large portfolio of litigation under an alternative fee arrangement to provide strategic and cost-effective solutions for her clients. Natalie handles matters in both federal and state courts, as well as various domestic and international alternative dispute resolution tribunals. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Natalie worked as a commercial and securities litigation associate at an international law firm and at an international investment bank as an in-house litigation attorney. While attending the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Natalie worked as a judicial intern for Judge Gene E.K. Pratter of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and served as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Constitutional Law.
