Moshe Klein focuses his practice on a range of litigation matters, including government contracts and international trade and national security. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Moshe attended the Georgetown University Law Center and the School of Foreign Service, graduating as joint-degree student with a J.D. and M.A. in security studies. Moshe was a managing editor of the Journal of National Security Law and Policy and was a legal intern at the US Department of Justice and the US Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corp.
