Joshua B. Moses is part of a team of litigators that represents clients in complex commercial litigation and government investigation actions. Joshua represents banks and trust companies in civil litigation and represents businesses before the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Joshua maintains an active pro-bono practice focused on redistricting litigation.
While in law school, Joshua worked in the Immigrant Defense and Racial Equity Strategies clinics at NYU Law. He was an executive editor of the NYU Law Journal of Legislation and Public Policy.
