Francis J. Mirabello concentrates his practice on estate planning; closely held business planning, including succession issues and shareholder agreements; and income, estate, and gift taxation. He also handles charitable trusts, foundations and nonprofit organizations, family law, international tax, and real estate planning. An active writer and lecturer, Francis speaks frequently on estate and trust administration and income, estate, and gift tax planning.
Francis presented, “Current Developments in Insurance Trusts,” at the New York University Tax Institute; and “US Tax Planning for Foreigners,” at the University of Miami Estate Planning Institute. He has taught “Income Taxation of Estates and Trusts” at the University of Pennsylvania Law School; and “US Taxation of Foreigners,” as part of the Villanova Law School’s graduate tax program.
