Andrew W. LeDonne counsels clients in various business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, financings, and compliance with securities laws—particularly in private equity M&A. He advises clients ranging from emerging and high-growth businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to law school, Andrew worked at a variety of Division I institutions, specializing in matters related to the provision of financial support to student athletes. Andrew leverages his skills and education to develop creative approaches for advising clients.
While attending law school, Andrew served as the managing editor of the Temple Law Review. He is a recipient the Professor Louis Del Duca Memorial Award in Business Law, an honor awarded by the Pennsylvania Bar Association to one student at each of Pennsylvania’s law schools for demonstrated academic excellence in business law. Andrew graduated summa cum laude from Temple Law School in 2021. He also has a M.S. in sports business from Temple University, graduating with honors. Andrew worked as a summer associate both at Morgan Lewis and another national law firm.
