As co-leader of the firm’s global mergers and acquisitions practice, Andrew Milano focuses on US and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and private equity investments in various industries, including logistics, infrastructure, power, media, manufacturing, and software and technology. With experience in both public and private M&A and private equity transactions, Andrew counsels clients and their boards of directors in sophisticated and complex business law matters, such as acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, commercial contracts, and general corporate and compliance matters. Andrew is also a member of the firm’s Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) Task Force.
Andrew routinely advises clients in multifaceted deals ranging in value from millions to billions of dollars and involving a range of assets, from container terminals, power generation facilities, and regulated water and wastewater plants to enterprises in the international energy services sector, various manufacturing industries, and logistics operations.
