MUNICH, December 2, 2024: Morgan Lewis is representing Igneo Infrastructure Partners, a global infrastructure investor, in the acquisition of a majority stake in B+T Group, a waste disposal and recovery business. The transaction is subject to customary approvals and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025.
Igneo Infrastructure Partners, part of First Sentier Investors Group, invests in infrastructure companies in the renewables, digital infrastructure, waste management, water utilities, transportation, and logistics sectors in Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and North America. B+T Group, a family business founded in 1854, owns and operates waste-to-energy facilities in 14 locations across Germany, France, and Switzerland.
