At the LMG Life Sciences 2024 Americas Awards earlier this month, Morgan Lewis was named an Impact Deal of the Year winner for the firm’s representation of Merck in its $22 billion deal with Daiichi Sankyo, led by partners Alan Leeds and David Glazer. Additionally, associate Esther Phu was named a US Rising Star – Financial & Corporate.
