Michael is an appellate lawyer with experience in all 13 federal circuit courts of appeals, numerous federal district courts and state appellate courts, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He focuses his practice on complex civil disputes including securities, antitrust, and ERISA litigation. Michael, a former clerk for two Supreme Court justices, is a deeply knowledgeable advocate who is trusted by firm clients and Fortune 500 companies for high-stakes appeals and challenging legal issues.
