World Intellectual Property Review (July 30, 2024) reported on the arrival of two intellectual property partners to Morgan Lewis in Germany, as did World Trademark Review (July 30, 2024) and Commercial Dispute Resolution (July 29, 2024).
The articles reported that Dr. Alexander Klett and Dr. Christoph Mikyska are joining the firm’s Munich office, with Alexander starting on July 29 and Christoph arriving at a later date. Alexander’s practice focuses primarily on non technical IP litigation. He regularly represents clients in major proceedings before the German and European authorities and courts. In addition, Alex advises clients on an ongoing basis in the areas of trademarks, designs, copyright and unfair competition. Christoph represents clients on all matters relating to trademark, design and copyright law, as well as unfair competition law.
