Will, who arrives from Baker Botts, is resident in San Francisco.

Will works with large corporate clients and partnership entities across a number of industries, including technology, financial services, energy, media, and pharmaceutical. He regularly advises on matters related to state and local income and franchise taxes, gross receipt taxes, sales and use taxes, payroll taxes, real estate transfer taxes, and property taxes. Will additionally manages state and local tax controversies throughout the United States, including audits, administrative appeals, voluntary disclosure agreements, penalty abatements, and amnesty programs.
