PLI’s Tax Planning 2025

Tax partner Jennifer Breen will be speaking at Practising Law Institute’s (PLI’s) Tax Planning for Domestic & Foreign Partnerships, LLCs, Joint Ventures & Other Strategic Alliances 2025. This three-day intensive event will focus on partnership taxation, including the latest legislative, regulatory and judicial developments, advanced and industry-specific issues, and planning techniques.

Jennifer’s panel, titled Balancing Tax Planning, Advocacy, and Professional Ethics: The Rules That Every Partnership Tax Advisor Should Know, will discuss the various judicial doctrines, privilege issues, and penalty and ethical standards that apply to practitioners during the partnership tax planning process.
