IPBA 33rd Annual Meeting and Conference

Partners Lesli Ligorner and Etienne Shanon will speak at the Inter-Pacific Bar Association’s (IPBA’s) 2025 Annual Meeting and Conference in Chicago.

Lesli will moderate the panel The Social Side of ESG in Employment & Diversity: Driving Change, Building Better Workplaces, and Keeping Pace with Regulatory Requirements.

Etienne will participate in the panel Management Retention on M&A Transactions with fellow panelists Ryo Kotoura, partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune; Bernard Teze, partner at DS Avocats; and Rudra Kumar Pandey, partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.

The IPBA is an international association of lawyers with more than 1,600 members who practice in business and commercial sectors and have a strong interest in the Asia-Pacific region. This year’s annual conference theme is Transformation Everywhere All at Once: Business and Law in a Changing World.
