Yvette Allen is a member of the firm’s immigration and global mobility team. Yvette advises businesses of all sizes from a variety of sectors on the full range of UK immigration permissions as well as global immigration matters for the EMEA region, including prevention of illegal working, the points-based system, complex family and global talent applications, and other UK employment-related immigration categories. Yvette has been described in Legal 500 as “outstanding” and in Chambers as providing “excellent service to clients” and “clear, concise and easy to understand” guidance.
Yvette regularly works with employers to help manage global mobility programs and more recently she has assisted clients in navigating the daily changing COVID-19 travel-related measures introduced around the world as their workforces become increasingly mobile again. Yvette is an active member of the Economic Migration Subcommittee of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association.
