Yericca Morales focuses her practice on white collar litigation, government and internal investigations, and complex commercial disputes. She defends clients in whistleblower litigation and investigations arising under the False Claims Act (FCA), Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and a variety of other provisions of federal and state law. She also counsels clients on the implementation of corporate ethics and compliance programs. In addition, Yericca maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration matters.
While in law school, Yericca interned at the US Securities and Exchange Commission as well as Community Legal Services in North Philadelphia. She served as an associate editor on the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law and received a Certificate in Business Management from Wharton.
Prior to law school, Yericca was a paralegal in a financial crimes investigations unit at a major national bank. She is a native Spanish speaker.
