Randall J. Wood is a deal lawyer with a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity transactions. Throughout his career he has advised on hundreds of deals, ranging from seed capital investments for emerging growth companies to global multi-billion-dollar M&A transactions. Randall represents operating companies and investors, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, corporate strategic investors, and family offices. His practice involves domestic and international matters in the technology, manufacturing, consumer/retail, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences industries. Randall also assists clients with venture capital financing, emerging business matters, and general corporate counseling and governance.
Randall is the leader of the corporate and business transactions practice for the Century City, Los Angeles, and Orange County offices. In addition to his corporate practice, Randall is active in pro bono matters and serves as the chairperson of the Orange County office Pro Bono Committee.
