Rishi Satia represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters in United States federal and state courts, with particular focus on antitrust and complex commercial litigation. His practice also includes Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and US Department of Justice (DOJ) investigations of mergers and acquisitions and related litigation matters. Rishi has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including retail, medical devices, and technology. He is an associate representative for the firm’s Asian American/Asian Lawyer Network.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Rishi served as a legal intern as the FTC’s Bureau of Competition where he assisted Commission staff on merger investigations. He also held the position of research associate at the Public International Law & Policy Group.
Rishi is a member of the American Bar Association’s Section of Antitrust Law, the South Asian Bar Association, and the Asian Pacific American Bar Association. While in law school, he received the President’s Volunteer Service Award and GWU Law Pro Bono Service Recognition.
