Richard J. Marks focuses on traditional labor/management relations, including counseling and representing clients in collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and related litigation. Rick counsels clients on a wide range of employment matters, including human resources practices, reductions in force, the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act, and litigation avoidance. He has represented clients in US state and federal courts as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state agencies for fair employment practices.
