Nicholas D. Paniagua assists technology and finance companies with regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters. Nick’s work focuses mainly on matters involving the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), state public utility commissions, and other governmental bodies like the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). Before joining Morgan Lewis, Nick worked on communications law and privacy issues at Georgetown Law’s Communications and Technology Law Clinic and the FCC’s Competition Policy Division within the Wireline Bureau.
