Leonard Impagliazzo’s practice focuses on eDiscovery, information management, and data privacy. He works with companies in all phases of electronic discovery and information management, including counseling on various preservation, collection, data processing, document review, and production-related strategies. Leonard’s primary focus is on intellectual property, product liability and toxic tort cases, as well as commercial and white collar litigation in US federal and state court. He also counsels clients on legal, technical, and strategic issues involved in the manufacturing, healthcare, software, and investment industries.
Leonard is skilled in drafting and negotiating protective orders and ESI orders. He is a pioneer in the development of industry-leading workflows, and has an extensive background in leveraging technology to optimize accuracy and efficiency. Having specialized knowledge in high volume, high pressure matters, Leonard works closely with clients to tailor both legal and review strategies to ensure best practices and exceptional client service.
Leonard maintains an active pro bono practice. He recently represented a young Honduran woman and her minor son before the Philadelphia Immigration Court where he successfully secured a grant of withholding of removal under the Convention Against Torture.
