Laetitia de Pelet advises French and international companies in a variety of industries, including technology, e-commerce, and healthcare, on all aspects of labor and employment law, particularly individual and collective relations, working time, redundancy, and gender pay equality. She supports clients in the daily management of HR activity and the creation of new entities, reorganization and restructuring projects. Laetitia also handles litigation employment matters and advises clients in GDPR compliance. She is fluent in French and English.
