Kelley Wong advises and represents clients in a range of commercial litigation and cross-border dispute resolution matters. Her practice focuses on shipping, insolvency, and corporate restructuring, as well as employment and workplace issues. Kelley has conducted hearings across various levels of courts in Singapore and represented clients in international arbitration matters seated in Singapore and London and managed by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Kelley acts for clients across the maritime, energy, international trade, insurance, and logistics sectors.
She also regularly advises multi-national corporations from various sectors on labor and employment matters. Her non-contentious experience includes employment contract and policy reviews, global restructurings and redundancy exercises, global mobility, and industrial relations. On the contentious front, she has counseled and acted for clients in employment disputes concerning termination, bonuses and incentives, restrictive covenants, and breach of confidentiality.
She is fluent in English and Chinese.
