Justine Le concentrates her practice on representing private investment funds sponsors and investment managers. She advises clients on the formation, fundraising, and operation of private funds across a variety of asset classes, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and funds of funds, as well as separately managed account vehicles. She also represents institutional investors with respect to their investments in US and non-US private funds.
Justine previously served on the Global Committee on Associates and as an associate representative for the firm’s Asian American/Asian Lawyer Network. She also has an active pro bono practice focusing on veterans—in particular, discharge upgrade petitions, including a successful discharge upgrade petition to the Board for Correction of Naval Records.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Justine was counsel to a hedge fund-of-funds manager in Stamford, Connecticut. While in law school, Justine interned at the Division of Trading and Markets at the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Washington, DC.
Justine currently serves on 100 Women in Finance’s Boston Education Committee.
