Jennifer Bullock is a dynamic litigator who represents national employers at the trial and appellate levels in all types of employment litigation, including collective and class wage and hour claims, defense of discrimination and retaliation claims, and violations of federal and state employment laws. She defends clients against whistleblower claims and has negotiated the successful resolution of high-profile claims involving key executives. Jennifer assists clients in developing sexual harassment policies and conducts investigations into reports of sexual harassment in the workplace.
Jennifer represents employers in arbitrations and administrative proceedings and serves as an independent investigator for claims of employee misconduct. She also represents clients in actions to enforce noncompete and other restrictive covenant agreements.
