Jay Lee assists in firmwide pro bono administration and works with regional office pro bono committees and practice groups to promote and support pro bono efforts. Jay also works with legal services organizations to develop and manage transactional pro bono opportunities, with a focus on nonprofits, tax-exempt organizations, and low-income entrepreneurs and business owners.
