Jamie Huffman works on large, complex commercial and environmental matters, including class actions and consolidated litigation. She has experience with toxic tort and environmental enforcement cases, as well as commercial litigation for clients in a variety of industries, including financial services. Jamie has also worked on litigation and administrative matters involving CERCLA claims, as well as litigation involving Natural Resource Damages. She also advises clients on obligations under environmental laws and regulations, including the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act and the Toxic Substances Control Act.
