James E. (“Jed”) Doench is a financial services lawyer who provides interdisciplinary counsel to clients on the broad range of regulations that impact their businesses, including securities, commodities, derivatives, banking, privacy, cybersecurity and anti-money laundering laws and regulations. He has significant expertise on broker-dealer regulations and experience representing clients in matters involving the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, he was general counsel of a fintech company with a SEC-registered broker-dealer.
