Heidi Rasmussen is a commercial litigator who assists clients in business and corporate disputes in state and federal courts. She represents clients in a variety of industries in commercial litigation and class actions and has additional experience representing clients in trade secret, personal injury, False Claims Act, and eminent domain disputes. Heidi previously served as a law clerk to Judge Ewing Werlein, Jr. of the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
