Gena Yoo is part of our team of lawyers advising employee benefit plan sponsors and administrators on a range of matters related to employee benefits and executive compensation, including fiduciary governance, prohibited transaction rules under ERISA, and negotiation of investment-related agreements for private equity, hedge, and collective investment funds. Gena frequently reviews and negotiates investment products and various service provider contracts on behalf of plans, both private and public sectors. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and joined Morgan Lewis in 2019.
